Accomplishments:

• Building of the first demo of the "Smart Search" product, using several different applications and frameworks like Nutch, Lucene, Protegé, Docco, Swing, etc.
• Software Architect of the Troubleshooting Aid System using Spring, Spring MVC, Spring HTTP Invoker, Tomcat and Hibernate.
• Object Oriented modeling and technical supervisor of a 'GIS Console' module build to a external client. Reduced the coupling between components and enhanced their potential to be reused across other projects.
• Restructured a problematic fat Visual Basic client moving database operations to a PHP server application, enhancing also the server logging capabilities in order to better diagnose future errors. Used HTTP requests that return XML documents which are parsed by the Visual Basic client. Also helped with HTML and CSS technical advices.
• Technical consultant in the several other projects using other technologies like Java Web Start, JDIC and search engines APIs like the ones from Google and Yahoo.

• Building of several modules of a corporate system whose mission was to manage the quality of a set of corporate processes.
• In the Project's second phase I participated as a Systems Analyst in the Requirements engineering, Use Case modeling and Object Oriented design. Also in this phase I collaborated in the building of two modules mainly dealing with the persistent layer using Hibernate.
